Newly formed Walking Group -- the Inaugural Promenade

We went on a fantastic 3 hour walk with our pals Juliet and Nick. It was a perfect day. Either side was rainy and grey, but luckily good fortune and sunshine smiled upon us. Our circuit contained everything you could ask for: great company, clear blue skies, meadows, woods, a stream, a herd of sheep, a ruined chateau, an ancient chapel, and last but not least, a perfectly behaved dog!

No Entry signs have the opposite effect on Nick.

The chapel is the halfway point. Refreshment stop.

En garde!

Chapel gargoyle. Love child of a pug and a panda.

We enjoyed ourselves so much, we've decided to form our very own walking club. Stay tuned for our next adventure. Henny's calling us the Durty Dog Walking Group. Lily's bound to roll in something.
